This bakery was voted best bakery slash patisserie in Portland by Eater.
And yes it's excellent.
They have a good selection of bread and french style pastries.
Their products are fresh and seasonal and the staff is super friendly.
The almond croissant had a crunchy flaky crust and soft, buttery layers within enclosing the almond filling.
The tart had a pie crust (I would have preferred a shortbread crust) but the fruit was amazing and the vanilla pastry cream very tasty.

Und ja, sie ist exzellent.
Sie haben eine hervorragende Auswahl an Brot und französisch anmutendem Süß.
Ihre Produkte sind frisch und saisonbedingt und das Personal ist super freundlich.
Das Mandelcroissant hatte Außen eine knusprige, blättrige Kruste und Innen weiche, buttrige Schichten mit einer Mandelfüllung.
Die Tarte hatte eine amerikanische Pie-Kruste (ich hätte Mürbeteig bevorzugt) aber die Früchte waren unglaublich und die Vanille Creme sehr schmackhaft.
